Customer authority and item selection
The customer is responsible for identifying the items to be removed and confirming ownership or legal authority to request their removal. The customer should remove valuables, documents, medications, firearms, keys, data-bearing devices, sentimental property, and anything that must stay before work begins. TopNotch does not determine legal title, abandoned-property rights, estate authority, or landlord compliance.
Restricted and regulated materials
Certain items may be declined because of safety, legal, environmental, disposal-facility, transportation, equipment, or insurance restrictions. Examples may include:
- Hazardous chemicals, unknown liquids, fuels, oils, pesticides, and solvents.
- Asbestos-containing or suspected asbestos-containing material.
- Biohazardous waste, medical waste, bodily fluids, or certain contaminated material.
- Explosives, ammunition, fireworks, compressed cylinders, or unstable material.
- Certain paints, batteries, refrigerants, or refrigerant-containing appliances.
- Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law or rejected by the receiving facility.
The website does not represent that TopNotch transports, stores, or disposes of regulated waste unless the lawful handling requirements for that specific material and service have been confirmed.

Service is subject to weather, site safety, access, customer readiness, crew availability, equipment availability, route conditions, and disposal-facility operating conditions. Exact arrival and completion times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed, and conditions may require delay, rescheduling, limitation, or cancellation.
Safety, access, and concealed conditions
Customers should disclose unsafe conditions, concealed hazards, pests, unstable or sharp materials, structural concerns, mold, contamination, narrow access, stairs, elevators, long carries, and unusually heavy items. Responsibility for damage associated with undisclosed unsafe conditions, concealed hazards, unstable material, or inaccurate customer information is governed by the final service agreement and applicable Oklahoma law.
Insurance and licensing statements
TopNotch is described as insured only while current coverage and approved wording are confirmed. No specific insurance limit, license, permit, certification, or government approval is represented unless it has been verified and is applicable to the service being offered.
Website use and intellectual property
