Junk removal questions, answered clearly
Understand what to send, how pricing works, which items need special review, and what happens before service is confirmed.
What does junk removal include?
After the scope is confirmed, the crew loads and removes approved items from the agreed location. The service may include one bulky item, multiple items, or a cleanout. Sorting, disassembly, site cleanup, and other labor are included only when confirmed for the specific job.
How is junk removal priced?
Pricing varies based on the amount and type of material, labor required, accessibility, weight, disposal costs, and service location. Photos may help provide an initial estimate, but final pricing is confirmed after reviewing the job.
Are estimates free?
TopNotch offers no-pressure initial estimates. Submitting a form requests an estimate and does not create a binding service agreement.
What items can be removed?
Common requests include furniture, appliances, household clutter, electronics, mattresses, garage contents, yard debris, office furniture, renovation debris, and rental-property contents. Acceptance is confirmed for the actual items.
What items cannot be removed?
Hazardous chemicals, suspected asbestos material, biohazardous or medical waste, explosives, ammunition, and certain paints, fuels, oils, pesticides, solvents, refrigerants, or other regulated material may be declined or require a separate approved process.
Do I need to move the items outside?
No. Indoor and outdoor pickups may be available. Tell TopNotch about stairs, elevators, narrow halls, gates, long carries, and any other access conditions.
Does TopNotch serve Fort Sill?
Fort Sill requests can be reviewed when installation access, sponsorship, passes, parking, route, and scheduling requirements can be confirmed by the customer.
Can TopNotch clean out garages, estates, rentals, and commercial properties?
Yes, those projects can be requested. Customers must have authority over the items, and final service depends on material, volume, labor, access, safety, disposal requirements, and availability.
Are donation and recycling available?
Donation and recycling may be pursued when reasonably practical and when receiving facilities can accept the items. No particular donation, recycling, or disposal outcome is guaranteed.
How quickly can service be scheduled?
Scheduling depends on the job, crew, equipment, route, weather, property access, and disposal-facility conditions. Ask about current availability, but do not rely on an exact arrival or completion time until it is confirmed.
Are photos helpful when requesting a quote?
Yes. Include wide shots of the full load, close photos of bulky or unusual items, and views of stairs, doors, gates, or long carry paths.
Is an online estimate binding?
No. Quotes may change if the actual load, weight, material, labor, access conditions, or disposal requirements differ from the information provided. Final terms are confirmed separately.
