Accepted-item questions

Before requesting pickup

Does TopNotch accept every item listed on this page?

No. The examples are common items TopNotch can review, not a promise of automatic acceptance. Condition, quantity, access, weight, safety, disposal rules, and receiving-facility requirements can affect acceptance.

Are photos helpful when requesting an estimate?

Yes. Wide photos of the complete load plus close photos of heavy, unusual, or damaged items help TopNotch review volume, labor, access, and possible handling requirements.

Do I need to move everything outside?

Not necessarily. Tell TopNotch whether items are indoors, outdoors, upstairs, in an attic, or behind limited access so the labor and equipment needs can be reviewed before scheduling.
