Photograph the project, not only the largest item
Start with wide photos that show the complete pile, room, garage, storage area, or outdoor work zone. Then add close photos of appliances, dense debris, damaged furniture, sharp material, or anything unusually heavy.
Also describe stairs, gates, narrow halls, elevators, long carry distances, soft ground, and where a trailer can be positioned. That information helps TopNotch review labor, access, equipment, load weight, and disposal requirements before an appointment is confirmed.

Do I need to move everything outside?
Not necessarily. Tell TopNotch whether items are indoors, outdoors, upstairs, in an attic, or behind limited access so the labor and equipment needs can be reviewed before scheduling.
