Customers should accurately identify known hazards, ownership, condition, access restrictions, and material types. Final acceptance follows inspection and disclosure. Pricing or scheduling may change when the actual volume, labor, access, weight, material type, or disposal requirements differ from the information originally provided. Certain items may require a separate qualified disposal provider.

Will TopNotch automatically take hazardous materials?
No. TopNotch does not represent that it transports or disposes of regulated or hazardous material unless lawful handling requirements and an approved disposal process have been confirmed for that specific item.
What should I do if I am unsure what a container holds?
Do not open, mix, move, or conceal an unknown material. Identify it as unknown in the estimate request and include clear photos from a safe distance so TopNotch can determine whether the item must be declined or referred elsewhere.
Can an item be declined after an estimate request?
Yes. Items may be declined when the actual material, condition, access, safety risk, disposal requirement, or legal restriction differs from the information originally provided.
